The Most Rev. Dr. Melvin J. Rivers is a seasoned leader, project manager, biblical exegete and organizational behavioral consultant to The Body of Christ.
Archbishop Rivers is The Establishmentarian, Patriarch, Primate and Presiding Prelate of Paraclete Evangelistic Ministries Fellowship of Churches International. He is Fully Enthroned as The Metropolitan Archbishop of The Worldwide Anglican Episcopal Communion & Ecumenical Ministry (WAECAEM) with both eastern and western of Apostolic Succession; overseeing operations in the Archdiocese of North Carolina.
He is a seasoned Leader, Project Manager, Biblical Exegete, and A recent 2023 Recipient of The U.S. Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award signed by President Joseph R. Biden Jr.
He is the Founding President and CEO of Paraclete Theological Seminary, A High Christology-Biblical Based University preparing servants In The Kingdom of God.
He is a Former (2017-2020) Member of The Board of Directors for The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Public Access Corporation overseeing the operation of the Access Channel 21 Television Station. He is the former Chairman of Religious Affairs for the NAACP in Monroe County, NC.; and Operation Reach Out in Monroe, NC.
Dr. Rivers has served as an Associate Professor and Dissertation Chair at the University of Phoenix School of Advanced Studies and the UOP-Charlotte School of Business. Bishop Rivers is the President and CEO of Archbishop M.J. Rivers Ministries, Inc., and the President of Phronesis Consulting Firm-A Business Consulting Leadership & Project Management Company.
His passion for Social Responsibility has assisted in the building of several Habitat for Humanity Homes in the Atlanta Area. He is a member of The Project Management Institute-LA Chapter, The Association of Management Consultants, The Association of Strategic Planning, Business Start-Up Specialist, and former Chairman of Volunteerism and Community Affairs at The LA Chapter of The National Black MBA Association.
Archbishop Dr. Rivers also currently serves as The President/Founder of The National D.B.A. Society.

Bishop Larry Lazare

Bishop Larry Lazare is married to Alicia Lazare and is the Proud, Pastor of Greater Macedonia Baptist Church that was reorganized in 2013. Bishop Lazare attended the College of Biblical Studies in Houston TX, where he majored in Christian Counseling. Bishop Lazare was consecrated as Bishop in 2016 by the Covenant Bishop Global Council by Bishop Samuel Sauls of Carrolton, Georgia.
Bishop Lazare teaches and preaches salvation is available to all, and that there is only one body and we are the many members United in Christ.
He serves as the Moderator of the Mt. Olive District of Churches. He also serves as a member of The Texas Ten Historical Society of Washington County and he is also a member The African American Ministers Organization. Bishop Lazare sits on the board of The Food Security Child and Nutrition Workgroup. Mr. Lazare also serves as the Vice President of Evvaylois Academy School of Beauty Foundation Board.
Bishop Lazare founded the Tamir Ministry of Washington County. This non profit ministry, is designed to help low income families with clothing and food for their children. This ministry has helped not only families in this county , but has reached Burleson, Harris and Walker County families. He also organized a yearly Back to School Drive in August 2014. This drive is held every August and provides school supplies to over 100 kids every year. At this drive, the local firefighter come as well as the Brenham Police Department and enlighten children about being safe in our community. In December 2015, Bishop established Operation Christmas. Operation Christmas, provides Christmas gifts to low income families in the Washington County Area.
Bishop Lazare founded the Thanksgiving Feast in Washington County in 2015 , this organization provides meals for low income families in Washington on Thanksgiving Day.
In May 2016, Bishop Lazare organized The Lunch Bunch of Washington County, partnered with Houston Food Bank (Kids Café) to provide meals for the summer for Low income families. This is organization is a part of the Food Security Child and Nutrition Workgroup of Washington County.
The Lazare’s are proud Business Owners of Wee Care For All Child Care Center LLC which was founded in 2012 and L.A. Chicken Shack founded in 2020, both business is located in Brenham Texas. Being, owners of these business provides jobs for over 50 people in the City of Brenham.
