Paraclete Evangelistic Ministries Fellowship of Churches International is An Ecclesiastical Covering For Bishops, Pastors, Ministers, Evangelist and Churches. Our Mission Is To Provide Support For Leaders and The Church at Large. We are under the Jurisdiction and Direction of the Holy Spirit. Paraclete comes from the Koine Greek word "paráklētos". It is the Holy Spirit who consoles, comforts, encourages, and uplifts. He intercedes on our behalf as an Advocate. The word "Paraclete" means "called to one's side".

     We are called and commission by scripture.

"Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.    Archbishop Melvin J. Rivers was Licensed, Ordained and Consecrated into the Bishopric by Bishop Ann Stinette of the Seventh Star Ministries and Bishop Samuel E Sauls of The Covenant Bishop Global Council. Archbishop Rivers is The Presiding Prelate of The NC Jurisdiction of CBGC.
